Send a sample request
We send small comparison sample sets for qualifying B2B accounts after the use case and document scope are clear. The sample itself is free; you cover express courier (DHL / FedEx), typically a few business days to most GCC and EU destinations — we confirm the exact courier figure for your address in our first reply. To request, email hello@viricha.com with this short brief — it lets us match the right grade, COA scope, and sample set:

- Your business name, role, and country
- Target volume (kg / year) and rough timeline
- Intended use: ceremonial drinking · latte · culinary · food industry
- Any required documents or certificate scope (Halal, organic, kosher, pesticide screen, etc.)
- Destination country, city, and postal-code area for courier planning
Please do not send a full personal shipping address in the first email. We only ask for the full consignee and courier details after the sample path is agreed.
Terms & documents at a glance
- Incoterm: FOB Ningbo published; CIF / DAP to your port on request.
- Payment: first order 30% T/T deposit, 70% against B/L copy.
- Documents: per-batch Eurofins / SGS COA, EU & USDA organic, Halal certified — numbers and issuing bodies shared with qualifying buyers before sampling.
- Verify us: we are a registered Chinese trading and export entity. The legal entity name + unified social credit code (verifiable on the national enterprise registry) are provided to qualified buyers on the first request — no NDA needed for the public-registry identifiers. The fuller pack (business licence scan, facility certificates, banking) follows under NDA at onboarding.
