Premium organic Chinese matcha · five grades

Five grades. One standard: the best of China.

Pick the grade by use case. Each grade shows a single "from" FOB Ningbo price at a transparent ~50% margin — no inflated bands, no allocation games. CIF / DAP to your port, packaging, volume, and certificate scope are confirmed by RFQ. Direction is simple: larger committed volume moves the figure toward that "from" price; small trial lots sit a little above it. Buying at commodity level for premix or OEM blending? Start with Culinary A — from USD $26/kg, the same organic documentation as every higher grade.

Volume programs · Premix & OEM

Buying at volume for premix or OEM? Start with Culinary A.

If you blend matcha into a premix base, an OEM formulation, or a high-volume beverage program, Culinary A — from USD $26/kg FOB Ningbo is the grade built for it: an honest culinary powder carrying the same documentation as every premium grade — EU & USDA organic, BRCGS-audited production, per-batch Eurofins / SGS COA, Halal certified. Larger committed volume (quarterly or annual programs, container-scale lots) moves the figure toward that "from" price; comparison samples (20–50 g) ship first either way.

Commercial terms

Terms, lead time & how ordering works

Final figures are confirmed per lot and route in the RFQ.

Incoterm
Published prices are FOB Ningbo. CIF / DAP to Jebel Ali, Rotterdam, Hamburg and other ports quoted on request — ask and we return a landed figure with the freight basis dated (sea freight is volatile in 2026, so CIF is RFQ-confirmed, not fixed in advance).
Volume direction
Each grade's published figure is a single "from" FOB price. A 5–10 kg sample-approved trial sits a little above it; a 100 kg+ order or a committed quarterly / annual volume moves toward the "from" figure; container-scale is quoted separately. Small single lots naturally favour the higher grades, large programs the lower — the exact step depends on grade, packaging, and document scope, confirmed in the RFQ.
Payment
First order: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T against B/L copy. Mature accounts can discuss other terms.
Lead time (planning)
Sample dispatch within a few business days of brief agreement. Commercial lots are confirmed per order against current stock and the shipping route — stated in the proforma invoice before you pay.
Samples
Small comparison sets (typically 20–50 g per grade) for qualifying B2B accounts once use case and document scope are clear. The sample itself is free; the buyer covers express courier (DHL / FedEx) — for a small sample set this is usually around USD 30–60 to most GCC and EU cities, a few business days in transit. We confirm the exact courier figure for your address in the first reply.
Shelf life & storage
Stated on the COA per batch; nitrogen-flushed / aluminium-laminate packaging, cool and dark storage.

How ordering works

  1. Send a brief (grade, target volume, destination, document scope).
  2. We reply with indicative terms, sample options, and the COA / certificate scope we can document.
  3. You approve a sample.
  4. We issue a proforma invoice — grade, quantity, Incoterm, lead time, payment terms.
  5. Deposit → production / QC → balance against B/L copy → shipment with documents.
Supply & continuity

Multi-facility sourcing is the continuity plan.

Each grade is sourced from more than one vetted, export-certified facility in China, so a weak harvest or a stoppage at one site does not stop your supply.

Indicative capacity tiers, so you can size us before the RFQ:

These are planning tiers, not a quote. The exact committable monthly / annual volume, current safety stock, and typical replenishment lead time per grade are confirmed in the RFQ against your forecast.

Documents & certification

Verifiable certificates — and who holds them.

Certificates are held by the producing facility, not by VIRICHA. Our core organic line is produced at a Kiwa-certified, BRCGS-audited facility in China. The three certificates below are independently verifiable in public registries; numbers, holder, scope, and validity are also shared in writing with qualifying B2B buyers before a sample ships.

EU Organic
Certified organic to the EU organic regulation. Control body: Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH (CN-BIO-141, Germany). Certificate no. CN-BIO-141.156-0003390.2025.002, valid 2025-11-11 to 2027-01-31; scope includes green tea, sencha, black tea and white tea. Verifiable in the public EU TRACES organic operator directory: EU TRACES certificate (PDF).
USDA NOP Organic
Certified organic to USDA NOP, 7 CFR Part 205 (§A Crops + §B Handling), issued by Kiwa BCS. Verifiable in the USDA Organic Integrity Database: organic.ams.usda.gov/integrity.
Food safety — BRCGS
BRCGS Global Standard Food Safety Issue 9 certified (GFSI-recognised), issued by SGS United Kingdom Ltd under UKAS accreditation. Certificate no. CN24/00008468, site code 10017088, valid to 2027-01-04. Verifiable in the BRCGS directory: directory.brcgs.com.
Lab / COA
Eurofins / SGS certificate of analysis per batch — pesticide residues vs EU MRL (EC 396/2005), heavy metals (lead / cadmium / arsenic), microbiology. A redacted sample COA is available to qualifying buyers on request; the full lot COA is provided with shipment.
Halal
Halal certified; certifier, holder and scope confirmed in writing so your importer can check acceptance against the GCC / UAE recognised list before you commit.

The three certificates above are held at our core organic facility in China. Origin is China — a per-batch COA ships with every lot. COA and Halal documents are matched to the specific lot, producing facility, and your importer's requirements, confirmed in the RFQ.

Private label · OEM

Bring your own brand to Chinese matcha.

What we can confirm now: packaging formats (100g / 500g tins, 500g–1kg pouches, aluminium-laminate and nitrogen-flushed options); Arabic + English bilingual label printing for GCC, and EU-facing multilingual labels where the destination requires it; and a certificate-scope check against your importer path before artwork is locked. Planning threshold is from 50 kg per SKU. Artwork is accepted as print-ready vector (AI / PDF / EPS) with fonts outlined.

What stays supplier-dependent: which producing facility can run your exact format, and the resulting artwork-to-shipment lead time — confirmed per project once the SKU and volume are set, not promised blind.
